Strong Body Japan's educational advisor, Ruben Payan Jr. is the Chief Advisor of IHP Asia and oversees IHP's activities in China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Japan.

He is also the owner of Beijing's "Human in Motion Fitness Studio" , and the director of North Face Outdoor Education Program.

Originally from the Marine Corps, Ruben was the first fitness expert to traverse the highest peaks on the seven continents of the world. He is also the head trainer of Chang Wei Lee, Asia's first world UFC champion.
